ad33 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Player Obligations & Usage Policy

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the access to and use of the ad33 online betting and gaming platform, including all sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and wallet services made available at https://ad33.io and any associated mobile-optimised URLs (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By completing the account registration process, clicking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or otherwise accessing and using the Platform in any capacity, you (the "Player") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

• "Player" means any natural person who has registered, or is in the process of registering, an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile held by a Player on the Platform, including the associated wallet balance.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held on behalf of a Player, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, slot title, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free bets, cashback, or promotional awards granted to a Player subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and certain account actions can be processed.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the operative time zone for all Platform timings, deadlines, and event scheduling.

3.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly available to adults aged 21 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old as of the date of registration. ad33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. Players must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their location at the time of use.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended, all balances forfeited, and the Player permanently banned from the Platform.

3.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.5 KYC Verification. ad33 may require Players to complete identity verification at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be restricted or closed.

4.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ad33 will never request your password through any communication channel.

4.2 You must notify ad33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Until such notification is received and confirmed, all activity on your account will be deemed authorised.

4.3 ad33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice where suspicious activity, a security breach, or a potential violation of these Terms is identified. In such cases, pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

4.4 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified mobile wallet, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being met.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. ad33 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). International card payments and bank wire transfers may be made available at ad33's discretion.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to the Player's wallet within seconds of confirmation. ad33 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, mobile financial service providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which ad33 accepts no liability.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals to unverified accounts or third-party wallets will not be processed. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform's Wallet section and are subject to change.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. ad33 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

5.5 Prohibited Transactions. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity.
• Deposits made from a payment account registered in the name of a third party.

• Chargeback requests initiated fraudulently after a deposit has been used to place bets.

6.1 Bet Confirmation. A bet is deemed accepted and binding upon receipt of a confirmation message from the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that confirmed bets reflect the intended selection, stake, and market before the event begins.

6.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event or game outcome as determined by ad33's data providers. For cricket events, this includes results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BCB, ICC). In the event of conflicting data feeds, ad33's determination is final.

6.3 Void Bets. ad33 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a technical error produced an incorrect odds display; (b) the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed; (c) the event was cancelled, abandoned, or its outcome declared invalid by the governing body; or (d) the Player placed the bet in bad faith with knowledge of the final outcome.

6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. Network latency, feed delays, or connectivity issues on the Player's side do not constitute grounds for dispute. ad33 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

6.5 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG). Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term return rates and do not guarantee individual session results. Malfunction of a game voids all associated play and returns stakes to the Player's wallet where technically recoverable.

7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers available on the Platform are subject to specific bonus terms published at the time of each offer. These Terms provide a general framework; the specific terms of each individual offer take precedence in matters of detail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn, it must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") as stated in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.

Detection of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

7.4 Withdrawal Sequencing. Where a Player's wallet contains both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds are used first for wagering. Withdrawals may only be processed once applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been fulfilled, unless the Player elects to forfeit the bonus.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of events on which bets are placed.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ad33 staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the accounts or personal data of other Players.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent point.

8.2 ad33 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of Clause 8, to suspend accounts during any investigation, and — upon confirmation of a breach — to close the account, forfeit the balance, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

9.1 ad33 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which the account is inaccessible. The Player's balance is preserved and the account is automatically reinstated at the end of the period.

11.3 ad33's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the Player's wallet balance at the time the claim arises.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ad33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12.1 ad33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at https://ad33.io/privacy-policy.

12.2 By registering an account, Players consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during KYC verification, transaction history, betting activity, and support interactions.

14.3 Language. These Terms are issued in English, which is the operative language for all contractual purposes. Any translation provided for convenience does not carry contractual weight. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails.

14.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any individual bonus terms applicable to active promotions, constitute the entire agreement between ad33 and the Player and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
